Product Safety

This page sets out product safety and traceability information for products sold by Shefystyle to customers in the European Union, Northern Ireland, and Great Britain, in line with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988) and United Kingdom product safety law.

Shefystyle products are produced on demand through our print and fulfilment partner. We take reasonable steps to ensure products placed on the market are safe and that the required safety information is available to customers.

For products sold to customers in England, Scotland, and Wales, Shefystyle Ltd is the producer responsible for product safety and the point of contact for enquiries.

Product safety

Our products are intended for adult use unless stated otherwise on the listing. Where applicable, materials meet requirements for flammability and for restricted substances such as lead, cadmium, and phthalates. Any product specific warnings, care instructions, or age guidance appear on the individual product listing.

Consumer guarantee

Products sold to customers in the EEA and the UK carry a two year legal guarantee against defects under consumer law (in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/771). As the seller, Shefystyle is responsible for providing a repair, replacement, or refund where a qualifying defect arises.
