Behind every SHEFYSTYLE order is a set of tools that keep things running smoothly. People often ask how a small fashion brand manages sourcing, fulfilment and order tracking without a huge team, so I wanted to share part of my actual workflow and one tool I lean on early on: DSers.
DSers is an ecommerce automation tool that connects to Shopify and helps with importing products, automating order fulfilment, syncing tracking information and managing suppliers. For a brand still in its testing and learning phase, it removes a lot of the manual, repetitive work so I can focus on styling, branding and customers.
Right now I use DSers mainly to test products, understand what my customers respond to, and learn the systems behind running an ecommerce store. The long-term plan for SHEFYSTYLE is to grow into private-label fashion with custom branding and original collections, but tools like DSers are how I learned the fundamentals first.
